Do you offer gift cards?

We arent offering gift cards at this time but hope to have them in the near future.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal as methods of payment.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, custom orders are welcome. If you would like an unlisted size of a piece on the site or a unique piece made, fill out the contact form. 
When making special requests, please include a description of what you are looking for as well as the dimensions so that we could prepare the proper quotes.

How long will it take to get my item?

Please allow 5 business days for processing and packaging the order. Once shipped, tracking will be provided for estimated delivery. We estimate orders to be completed and delivered within 5-10 business days. 
Note that before and during holidays, as well as Covid restrictions, estimated delivery times may be longer.

Do you provide tracking for my package?

Yes, we do! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking so that you can be aware of when your package will arrive. For more information on shipping see our shipping policy.

What if my item is damaged when I get it?

If the print or painting is damaged when you receive it. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and print/painting and submit them with your inquiry in the contact form. Someone will get back to you within 3 business days to address the inquiry.

What if I don't like my print?

If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, let us know by filling out the contact form. You must initiate the request within 30 days of purchase. See the full return policy.
