All copyrights for the art sold by Art by Sades will remain with Creative Sades LLC. Art may not be resold or copied for redistribution without an express agreement by management at Creative Sades LLC.

The information shared with us will never be shared or sold. Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring Art by Sades receives the complete and correct address information for shipping purposes.

Art by Sades is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals, or people caused by the prints or original art due to negligent, reckless, knowing, or intentional actions by any person. By purchasing from Art by Sades, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the print once it reaches its shipping destination.

Art by Sades guarantees a secure shopping experience meaning any credit or debit card transaction information is not visible or readable to any person at any time making it more secure than a transaction conducted offline. Art by Sades does not store credit card numbers beyond the last few digits of the card being used in the transaction. Any future transactions the customer requests are based upon a bank-issued transaction number assigned specifically to this site and the customer's order. In addition, this site offers customers the additional option to pay via PayPal if they prefer not to conduct the transaction on this site.

If the print or painting is damaged when you receive it. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and print/painting and submit them with your inquiry in the contact form. Someone will get back to you within 3 business days to address the inquiry.

Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Please allow 5 business days for processing and packaging the order. Once shipped, tracking will be provided for estimated delivery. We estimate orders to be completed and delivered within 5-10 business days.Â
Note that before and during holidays, as well as Covid restrictions, estimated delivery times may be longer.
Standard shipping is free for all purchases, expedited shipping will be an additional charge which will be determined by the shipping calculator at checkout. If there are any lingering questions about shipping please contact us using the link below.
Returns
All You Need to Know About Returns
Mounted and Un-Mounted Prints
If for some reason you are not happy with your prints, we will do our best to make it right. Please initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. The print must be returned in the condition it was received; damaged or manipulated prints will not be accepted. Once received, a refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
Original Art
All original art is final sale. No returns will be accepted.
If an item damaged during shipment, contact Art by Sades within 3 days of receiving your damaged print or painting so that the appropriate arrangements can be made to have the damaged items refunded or replaced (there are no replacements for originals). To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints. Please note that Art by Sades is not responsible for damage to prints or paintings by the customer or a third party once it has been delivered.
